I made this redesign of Krystal a while back. This one actually has a bit of a story behind it. My friend brought to my attention that the members of Star Fox actually don't have similar uniforms anymore. After he said that, it really started to bug me. That's when I created this design based off of Fox's redesign for Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I don't know if I'm gonna finish shading her though. I think if I were gonna color her, her jacket would be grey and her jumpsuit would be a deep purple. I also have another reason for creating this design. To me, Krystal has never worn an outfit that actually reflects her personality. She's a quiet, kind, and caring woman, but for some reason, Nintendo always has her wearing outfits that show off her assets. That's why I created a more modest outfit that better reflects her personality.

Edit: For all of you who live under a rock, I have bad news. Krystal isn't playable in Brawl. Also, I finally played through Command, and it turns out that she actually has an outfit very similar to this one in it. I would've played through the game sooner, but I was pretty turned off by the art style. I got around to playing it not long before Brawl came out here in the U.S. I'm glad that she had an outfit like this one, but I thought that the personality change that came with it was pretty terrible. I guess this means that the outfit is even less original than I thought it was.

i can not agree with u any more than on that topic, krystal has been turned into a piece of eye candy for Fox cuz of nintendo, ive a ton of krystal pics and wen my mates see them they think its hentai!!!!!!!! im glad someone else sees the krystal we should be seeing. keep it up!

haha, dont worry bout it, we can all enjoy them reguardless of the fact people perv over them. u have come up with a very good concept of krystals uniform which i personally think nintendo should consider. u ever thought of sending it off perhaps??

Thank you! I have thought of that. And I actually have been working on a refined version of this suit lately. It's almost done, it just has a few differences in it that make it different from this one. She has a reflector and that little headset that they all wear and it probably will end up with a different color scheme. As soon as I finish up a few other things, I'll put that final version up.

But if I'm gonna send anything Star Fox related to Nintendo, it would have to include a game idea as well. It's been way too long since they made a new Star Fox game especially considering that it's the only main franchise that doesn't have a Wii game.

well i am currently designing a storyline, so far its coming along really well, ive most of the story thought out, im just going into the details atm

as for ur design, sounds awsome :) cant wait to see how it turns out

Thanks. If you want to help me finish the jumpsuit, then check out the colors test picture I posted. It has 7 different colors I put together for her suit, and I would love to hear your opinion.

And the story I'm working on is almost done too. I just need some extra time to finish writing it.

It's always good to talk to fellow Star Fox fans who want Krystal to be in more modest clothing. :)

The only problem with that is that I only have it written in my head so far. I'll try to get it written out after I finish my finals so I can send you a copy.

I hate to rip on DC or Marvel, but Krystal doesn't need to show herself off like Wonder Woman or Black Cat, especially since she flies in an Arwing.
