Happy New Year everyone!

I finally got two of my nudes up. Hooray!

So now, everyone can be officially introduced to Shana and Ben. And everyone should get used to them being like this, because they probably aren't going to have much clothing on at all during their series. By series, I mean a series of pictures, not a story.

Now it's important that I mention this because they are nudes: I have several rules regarding them and me making them.

1. You won't see any genitalia on them. That is where I draw the line on it being porn in my eyes. Or yiff as this would be the case given that they are anthro.

2. I will let their be a sexual air be around pictures where it is of the two of them, but I will not draw them actually having sex in any way. This also means that Shana will never have any pictures of her in a compromising position.

3. Don't ask me to draw naked versions of your characters, or characters that you like. I feel like unless a nude is done right, it takes away from the character.

4. It's not really a rule, but if you want to give me any advice regarding anatomy, tell me. I would be very happy to get any advice about how to tackle the challenging task of learning anatomy.

5. Also not a rule, but if you have a particular pose that you would like to see Shana, Ben, or the two of them together in (provided it's not overly sexual) then tell me. Especially if it's a pose for Ben because I don't have a ton of ideas for his poses. I know this sounds like it goes against my third rule, and it kinda does, but suggestions would be nice.

That's pretty much it regarding my naked people.

Aside from that, I've been kinda going through a period where I've just stopped caring about a lot of things. I still do draw, but mostly I seem to just lounge around and play video games during my free time. I hope that I can get past that and actually start to really get things done rather that just think about things I'd like to make.

And in the spirit of Christmas, I brought a few presents! I finished my trade with of his character, Erica Foxx. She's quite pretty, I hope that you all check out the pictures of her.

Wow, it's been over a month since I've been back. Man my deviation and message list is huge. *sigh* Guess I'll have to clean it out.

Well, I managed to get everything done that I had to finish over the past month and it was pretty brutal. I'm so glad it's over. I'll be around quite a bit more often now that I actually have some time on my hands. And I intend to really get my nudes series started now. I have a couple of them already done, but I would rather get a few more done before I start posting them.

Unfortunately, I have a few more things left to do for tomorrow, it is Christmas after all. So I'll see you guys on the 26th.

Yep, it's good news/bad news time.

Let's start with the good news. I succeeded in my concentration review. I'm now clear to move onto my exhibition review which should be the last major review I need to do in order to graduate.

The good news ends there. Because of the amount of time I put into getting my review ready, I've fallen behind in my work. Now I have a lot of stuff to do. I emphasize the phrase "a lot." Essentially, I will have to work almost constantly for the next four weeks in order to get everything done. This means I won't be around until after the semester is over.

And those who know me, know that when I say I won't be around, that will be thte case. But it'll be worth it. I'll be able to show you all something pretty special I've been working on this semester. I hope you guys will enjoy it when i put it up.

And one other piece. I finally have gotten used to Samus' new suit from Metroid Other M. I hope that we get to see a Gravity version of the suit at some point in that game whenever it comes out next year.

Hey everyone, it's been quite awhile. But this marks yet another year that I've been here on DA.

I hope you all have a Happy Halloween, and everyone gets a lot of candy tonight! I, unfortunately, have a lot of stuff to do. So I'm hanging out in my dorm doing my homework.

I apologize for my lack of existence here ever since the start of the school year, but things have been very busy this semester. The good news is that I'm finally done with my running class, so now my Mondays and Wednesdays are now mine again. Our teacher would always push us very hard and I would get exhausted after each class. And now that that class is done and over with, I have quite a bit of extra time to work on my series of giant bugs that I've been working on all semester. Speaking of art, my next concentration review will occur on Tuesday, so everyone, wish me luck.

That's basically it. Nothing real exciting has been happening, just busting my butt over my projects for school. So we'll see what happens.

Whew, the first week of school is over, and Labor Day weekend is underway. This year my schedule isn't too bad at all. I have plenty of studio classes this year and only one normal class. I even have a gym class too. Man is that gym class brutal. Over an hour of a pure physical beatdown. Hopefully I'll get thinner because of this.

This year, I get to create my own set of projects for it. With that newfound freedom, I want to start doing things I don't really do. I really want to start making real conceptual art and new character designs. And with that, I also want to refine every part of my way of drawing and creating.

Hopefully this won't derail my comic too much. And I also want to start drawing more nude figures for the sake of perfecting anatomy. So, odds are you'll be finding more nude pictures popping up here over time. Provided I get the time to do it. And I think I'll start making more pictures of my own characters like Naraca, Charley, and Diama as well.

All of that is merely conjecture though. We'll see. But I feel like I can do it, so here's hoping the future is bright.
